With the morale/surrendering changes already made I honestly just want to play through the game again with a different division build and maybe trying some new tactics. The scale of the game is unlike anything else in the sense that there's so few games that operate at the "Operational" level of war, the level of war that not even all military nerds agree exists. There's games where you run a whole country's strategy and games where you run battles that take place in a single location, but very rarely will an RTS feature a battle that lasts for about a month over a large portion of land, as many of these operations clearly can. Where being encircled for a day is no big deal - but being encircled for a week may destroy your ability to fight. Super excited to see Battleplan develop, it really feels like everything I want in a WW2 strategy game. A random operation roguelike mode where you upgrade/repair divisions between operations would be exceptionally fun.
