This video is a collection of "Basic economics lessons" made by right wing people in order to "educate" leftists/liberals. I take a look at them and point out the problems with literally everything they say. Please note that this is not a comprehensive debunking but rather an attempt to have fun with the faulty arguments they use.

Hello everybody, are you tired of ancaps, libertarians and neofascists telling you that you don’t understand basic economics? Have you been wondering what they mean by that? Well fear no longer for I have complied 7 very helpful videos by libertarians and conservatives which totally weren’t just the top result of what youtube returned when I typed “socialists don’t understand basic economics”.
So strap yourselves in, we are gonna learn some stuff today.
Here is this video called “Leftists Don’t Understand Basic Economics“. It’s a video of this very sympathetic looking man watching a video where someone mentions the fact that inequality has been growing and then he says that they have been [Creating 25 Million jobs] since the 80s and that [most of our poor people live better than most people who live in the 3rd world] he also says that “Middle class” is a Marxist term which is a whole new level of wrong but let’s ignore that.
Basic economic lesson one: Inequality isn’t growing, don’t you see the new jobs? Silly socialists are saying inequality is getting worse even though the economy is growing. What? You googled it and it turns out unemployment can be low AND inequality can be high at the same time? Are you saying that there can be more than two things existing at the same time and that the facts show that I am wrong? Aaaaaaahhh Let’s quickly move on before the viewers realize I am talking crap.
The next one is made by Libertarian Views Scotty M, as you can tell he is definitely open to changing his ideology when new facts come along and most definitely isn’t going to hold onto his worldview forever because he built his personality around it. Nothing screams open mind like putting your ideology into your username.
His video is a response to a socialist’s video and he goes over the basics like [our place on this earth is scarce natural resources. As resources don’t last forever. They are not infinite. Resources are finite] so basically there isn’t infinite stuff and we need to somehow manage who get’s stuff and who doesn’t. Then he says that [people who support socialism don’t understand these fundamental basic things]
So, basic economics lesson two: There aren’t infinite resources you silly socialist, there just isn’t enough food for everyone, we need hold onto the free market and let 8 million starve each year. We just don’t have food. Earth only produces food for 10 Billion people, how can we provide for 7.5 Billion with that? Wait a second. I’ve just had an epiphany: 10 is more than 7.5 but wait then why is there such starvation. Could it possibly be that the free market is not efficient enough to provide for everyone and that it only works in some nations in some situations and is unfit as a global economic system? If only someone had made a 12 minute and 52 second video explaining exactly how poverty and starvation happen in such a resource rich world which overproduces products like that. If that was true we might all be a bit smarter.
Scotty then says that the only way products can be allocated is via the free market because [if you do not support a money based system. If you support a money less system, How the hell are you to know the information of what to produce more of how much to produce, you know where to allocate the scarce natural resources. The reason why I say that is because you have no way of knowing that information without the information of prices].
