I’m so glad I have this out of the way, this was the one thing stopping me from grinding the HDL, but after dropping it many times I did it. This was easily the most boring, miserable, and unfun thing I have ever played.
The big reason for this is the 2x speed part of the robot, the timings genuinely feel unfair, and I got there on most attempts, so it was just waiting for a minute at the really boring beginning, to have a small chance of getting somewhere.
The gameplay throughout is really uninteresting which didn’t help. Everything past the robot is okay I guess, but it’s so easy to choke and have to go through all that again.
I’m so happy my worst fail was only 69%, I could not imagine my experience if I got unlucky. This was a nightmare, and it was definitely the hardest hard demon for me, since I’m bad at XLs and slow timings, plus how agonizing it was to play just made it harder.
I’m sorry, but I really hated this. Unless you are trying to beat the HDL, I recommend you avoid this level.
