Manhattan, KS has some lovely city parks and one of our favorites is Washington Marlatt Memorial Park! This little patch of prairie land is hidden among the neighborhoods on the edge of town and is an ideal spot to go for a family walk, walk your dogs, or enjoy a bike ride. Sitting on a hill overlooking the surrounding area, it is the perfect place for birding or observing a beautiful Kansas sunset!
