Here we have a washing machine motor with completely worn down brushes and some dead bearings. This motor design is very common with domestic washing machines. It may vary a bit by different brands, but the basics apply to most most machines with commutator motors. This machine is from 1996, newer units may be made a bit cheaper and less repair friendly.
Bearings are standard type, but brushes of this motor model are bit on the expensive side ($20), because i had to buy the complete brush holders.
Essentially it's a rather simple job, but needs caution in some areas which we point out in the video.
