Some time on Tuesday, May 20th, parts of the series finale of The Amazing Digital Circus was leaked by a Twitter user who saw an early screening of the film. Naturally, this caused a massive meltdown among the show's fans, directing their outrage to theaters, to Glitch to even the show's creator. As big of a mess up this was, this is just one of numerous controversies that Glitch has found itself in after they announced they will show the series finale in theaters. With all of this trouble for the studio, the creators, and the community because of this decision, some fans are believing the show would have been better off if Glitch never bothered with a theatrical release. But was it a mistake though?

$Why Did Disney Let Elio Flop? Last year, Pixar had a very successful run in theaters with Inside Out 2 becoming the high grossing western animated film of all time. Part of it was due to how good the film was and how relentless Disney was with its marketing. Unfortunately for this year, Pixar could only achieve a small fraction of that success. Earlier in June, they released Elio; and despite being a really good movie in my opinion, the film ended up flopping in the box office. Part of the failure could be due to Elio being overshadowed by other movies released in June like the HTTYD remake and Kpop Demon Hunters. But I mostly blame Disneys lack of marketing for the film being a flop. But why would they let this happen to movie that costed them hundred of millions of dollar to make?
