She might be one of my favourite characters in Genshin, but my Shenhe was a mistake.

She's powerful, elegant, fun to play, and has a tragic backstory followed up by growth which made me love her as a character, but I never meant to pull for her. Let's talk about what happened on her debut banner, what came afterwards, and why she was worth a little heartbreak in the end.
