Recently, SHARE has released several new software versions and algorithms for their SLAM LiDAR scanners without proper testing. These updates have introduced serious issues, including remapping failures and complete scan data failures that can cost professionals both time and money. I reported these problems to SHARE, but they have chosen not to roll back the software or warn users about the risks.
The stable version is 2.2.4, tick on "Remove all user data" when uninstall the beta version, otherwise you won't be able to create the new project with the 2.2.4
