Hello everyone, here is another unique build I've been messing around with and working on for a while.

I recently made a post about being able to do this on Reddit, but hadn't gotten around to recording this concept in action, so I wanted to give everyone a better idea of what this allows Equinox to be capable of doing.

And the answer is "nothing", if you choose so. You won't even have to attack and you can still kill a number of enemies using this build, while healing yourself and allies. You can be a true pacifist.

Time Stamps:
0:00 Equinox Build - this is the major variant I like to use. Similar to my other Masochist builds with a few differences that are better suited for this type of play style. (Edit: I actually forgot to replace Peaceful Provocation with Natural Talent, allowing you to cast Mend faster. My bad).
0:25 Javlok Build - this is left unformaed/no Orokin Catalyst since the only mod that matters for this build is AJMW. Amalgam Serration I like to use because it adds sprint, and the two hunter mods increase my Kavat's damage after it inflicts a slash proc, which means stronger healing through Hunter Recovery.
0:35 Sigma & Octantis build - These are the majority of the useful mods that work with this build.
0:48 Kavat build - Same build I almost always use.
1:08 1st run - This run is to showcase unenhanced damage from Pacify.
2:43 2nd run - This is "Enhancement" through Pacify acting as an enemy buff, and using it against them.

As explained (more in detail here): reddit.com/r/Warframe/comments/d9gnja/combat_discipline_and_melee_guidance_should_both/f1i07p6

the concept is simple: if Equinox's Pacify can reduce enemy damage when they enter her radius with high Ability Strength, then using low Ability Strength should have the opposite effect, and it does. Taking advantage of this along with Amalgam Javlok Magazine Warp, you can significantly multiply the damage of reflected attacks to the point where weaker enemies kill themselves the moment they touch or shoot you, and the stronger ones get to live only slightly longer should they do the same.

The build is not without risk or limitation, so I'll list the major ones below:

1) Not all attacks can be reflected - This is pretty fair in my book otherwise this build would be broken. But keep in mind certain AoEs and special attacks cannot be reflected and trying to do so while Pacify is active with this build can be rapid or instant death especially since status effects from attacks also cannot be blocked using this method alone (others can aid you in that regard). Knowing which enemies you can do this to will be key to using it effectively (You can do this to most regular enemies though). Those you can't you can Rest and use a Secondary on or let allies kill them if you are in a group.

2) You can only reflect attacks based on your reticle position. In Warframe, you actually block attacks based on your reticle postion (not your frame position) and only with a 45 degree angle. This is how I'm able to block attacks that hit me without actually facing enemies at times in the video, and why other times I am hit. Using a reflect build will require you to constantly be aware of the situational at all times to use effectively. With practice, this is not hard.

3) You need to keep an eye on your Health and Energy - Keep in mind, that this won't work if you are dead, despite all attacks only reducing your Energy by 1 if blocked while Channeling. You need a way to keep both up and fortunately that is built in with the mod selection and pet. Hunter Recovery allows for your Adarza's attacks to heal you significantly making it easy to maintain energy, provided you are blocking attacks properly. With practice, you can avert your reticle away from targets to let a few attacks through, to convert Health into energy. This is also one of the few builds in the game where using Primed Pack leader may be useful, since your weapon will have pretty low damage, and you may need to attack once in a while to heal it. Consider also using Vazarin's Protective Dash and Magus Repair with this build as back ups for healing, as well as using Mend, since enemies that die from reflected attacks still generate energy for healing.*
*This build may not be available in the future depending on how Melee 3.0 goes. Do NOT specifically work toward this without that in mind if you want to try it out. This is a build I use because I have been playing a while and have nothing better to do most days*

*This build would work better if we could manually block again allowing players to aggro enemies like a true Tank would with Guardian Derision (or Guardian Derision had a more "active" effect or could be manually trigged. DE if you see this please look into it*
