War Cry gives you a 10% boost in damage for 20 seconds, while also changing your R2 attack (charge/heavy attack) and giving it hyper armor. When paired with the Roar Medallion (15% boost for damage), Axe Talisman (10% boost for charged attacks), Highland Axe in your off hand (7.5% boost), and Spiked Cracked Tear (15% boost) you can easily one shot players if you connect.
