Hello Marion County citizens, I’m your Sheriff, Billy Woods. And it is Wednesday already…so as you know it is time for Wanted by Woods! We are looking for 39-year-old Michael Lee Breckon. He has felony warrants for Grand Theft, Dealing in Stolen Property, Obtaining Property by means of Worthless Check and Falsification of Ownership.
Wow Michael, you conned a 79-year-old woman out of $600 by leading her to believe you were going to remove trees from her yard in December. She was even nice enough to give you until February to return the money, which obviously you never did. Then you went to a local store and “bought” a chainsaw for over $1200 using a check from your account that was closed almost a year ago. You didn’t use that chainsaw to cut down the trees the victim paid you for. Instead you pawned it and didn’t even try to pay her back with that money. Michael, you need to do something right and turn yourself in.
Citizens, if Michael doesn’t do the right thing, we are going to need your help before he cons or steals from someone again. If you have any information on Michael’s whereabouts, please call Crime Stoppers of Marion County at 352-368-STOP and reference 18-25 in your tip. If you use Crime Stoppers and your tip leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward!
And as always citizens, have a great day!
