Hello Marion County citizens, I’m your Sheriff, Billy Woods. And yes, today is Wanted by Woods Wednesday! We are looking for 29-year-old Todd Westley Carter, who has a felony warrant for carjacking with a firearm.
Todd you entered an innocent woman’s vehicle as she sat outside of a Family Dollar you then put a gun to her head and stole her vehicle.
Citizens, if you have any information on Todd’s whereabouts, please call Crime Stoppers of Marion County at 352-368-STOP and reference 19-28 in your tip. If you use Crime Stoppers and your tip leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward!
