70% of our trainees from the scheme now have jobs in the film industry. Our goal with this scheme is to improve the representation of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) people and people who consider themselves to have a disability in the film workforce (where just 3% of employees are from BAME backgrounds)
The FEDS scheme is funded by Creative Skillset and carried out by the Independent Cinema Office.
