Should you take methylene blue for your mitochondria?

Most people shouldn’t. Methylene isn’t a mitochondrial turbo charger. It doesn’t supercharge ATP. What it really does is reroute energy flow inside your mitochondria so it can bypass a block in the respiratory chain.

If you have an actual impairment, that reroute is helpful.

If you don’t, it disrupts the natural wiring of your mitochondria, which is already the most efficient design for ATP production.

Our mitochondrial analysis suggests that only a small number of people are strong candidates for methylene blue. The challenge is knowing whether you’re in that small percentage of people who need it.

That’s exactly what the Mitome analysis solves. It can tell you whether methylene blue belongs in your protocol, what to try first, and the exact order that makes each change measurable.

Don’t guess. Get data on how your mitochondria actually work.
