Music has been in Wanderlust’s DNA from our inception in 2009. Beginning with our first festival, we’ve paired teachers onstage with live musicians, from singer-songwriters to DJs. There’s an art to creating the perfect pairing, and this alchemy results in joyful transformation that’s as inspirational to the audience as it is to the teacher and musician.
We're so excited to have long-time Wanderlust collaborator, DJ Taz Rashid, as our DJ in residence for January & February to anchor True North Live. He'll be paired with a different teacher each week, and together they'll co-create on the fly from different locations on the planet.
This week he's matched up with Wanderlust TV mainstay, Rosie Acosta, and they've developed a 45-min flow that anoints the New Year with a class called "New Year, New Beginnings".
