Here I've attempted to recreate the September 1966 (approximate) broadcast of KCET's first color program: An Adventure in Color hosted by Walt Disney. Thanks to YouTube user jacknash8 for sharing the intro and outro!
In August 1966 Walt Disney joined the Board of Directors of the young Burbank station KCET (Currently Channel 28 PBS). Not too long afterwards the station asked Walt to introduce their first color broadcast, which Walt loaned to them. The title: An Adventure in Color hosted by Ludwig von Drake, an excerpt from Walt's first color program on The Wonderful World of Color, September 24th, 1961! Note that the set Walt is using is that of the 1967 film, The Happiest Millionaire!
