The ...RRRRRLLLLL... with no neutral input in the original video is kinda hard, so alternatively you can hold B, release right on any third frame that gives you 752 velocity (when you let go of a direction while holding B your velocity stops oscillating, so you want the middle value), then hold left at 125 frames (x position 468 in this case)
