I just wanted to post this as proof to my subscribers: I am working on more than just MEP parts, I promise!!! Unfortunately school takes up quite a bit of my time, so I'm not able to make longer videos as much as I'd like. Sorry about that.
I may adjust the overlays or whatnot; nothing is finalized with this. If anyone has suggestions on how I can make it better, let me know! I will be finishing up this video eventually.

I am still freaking out over this trailer. I mean, words cannot describe how epic this movie is going to be.
Sorry if the editing seems kind of sloppy, I just got my hands on the trailer yesterday and it only took me about three hours to edit this whole thing (which, for me, is amazingly fast). So...yeah, I just really wanted to make a video with the Hunger Games.
To TheEuphoricStudios: Im not gonna lie, as far as editing goes, this isnt very good. In fact, this wasnt the video I was originally planning to use to audition. I had another video all set to upload when I saw this trailer and knew I had to make a vid with it. I just liked the amount of emotion jam-packed in here, so I decided to use it as my audition. I dont know if either of you are fans of the Hunger Games, so Ive included a link to the trailer so that you can get a better reference of the characters/plot, and so that you can see what Ive done with the footage provided:

Several important things about this video:
1) PLEASE WATCH IN 720p!!! From now on, all of my Young Justice videos will be in HD. Thanks again to YoungTitan213 for sending me the link to HD episodes, the quality is so wicked amazing I actually did a happy dance after Id downloaded them. :D
2) This video was meant to be a contribution to YJFanVids Character Appreciation Weeks. Of course, Robins week was July 25-29, so obviously Im uploading this video late, but I figure later is better than never. The prompt I picked was dark, by the way, so hopefully that shows itself in the video. Also, for those of you wondering why its taking me so long to upload my Artemis In The City video, its because Im waiting until its her week. So hang in there, it will be uploaded shortly.
3) This video is also my audition for DCBrotherhoodStudios, which Im really hoping I get into! Anyhow, the reason why I picked Robin to be in my audition video: the guys got a vindictive sense of humor, and its probably one of the funniest things about this show.
4) According to my sister, I should put a warning on this vid, so...if you get motion sickness easily, just be careful when you watch this. There is lots of fast panning, so that could end up being problematic. I didnt even notice until my sister watched it and told me it gave her motion sickness. Whoops.

Ive never done a crossover before, so hopefully this is all right. I actually like how this turned out. Hopefully all the fight scenes match up okay. And yeah, I had them both defeated at the end, because I couldnt decide who would actually win. Probably Stargirl, but I might be a bit biased. :D

Yeah...I started working on this about a week and a half ago. I wanted this to be as close to perfect as possible, because this song fits Artemis so incredibly well.
Oh, and I snuck a couple of seconds of Wally in there. Hopefully thats okay, because this was really supposed to focus on just one character.

As promised in the video, heres some more info about each unfinished project.
They Were Here First (Young Justice): I only realized after I started this that Im really not good enough to edit with dubstep. Wait, let me rephrase; Im good enough to edit with dubstep, but Im not good enough to edit WELL with it. I do like the bit with the Justice League, though, but everything after that...well, I couldnt stand it, so I ended up scrapping it. I might try editing dubstep again if I feel my editing skills are up to par.
All That You Are (X-Men: Evolution): I happen to adore this show, and I thought that the song went along with it really well. But I was bored with it from the get-go, and its been sitting on my computer for months without me adding to it or changing it. I figured at that rate, it was never going to get done. You can see where I stopped editing (the last clip with Kurt doesnt fade out like the other clips), but I didnt want to just show you guys that, because I really liked the Professor X voiceovers that Id picked out. I added the text so everyone could get more of a feel of where I was trying to go with this project.
Become So Numb (Spectacular Spiderman): I started this as a Peter x Gwen vid (because by now everyone should know that I adore those two together). If Id continued with this, I would have emphasized how Peters memories of Gwen were ultimately what helped him defeat the alien symbiote that took over his body. Anyway, Im a huge Evanescence fan, so it bothered me that my editing didnt quite seem to fit this amazing song. This project just seemed subpar, so I stopped working on it.
Come Back Home (American Dragon: Jake Long): As Im sure some of you know, I actually had a completed version of this project. However, when I uploaded it to Youtube it got taken down because the song is blocked worldwide. Unfortunately, Id already deleted the project in my iMovie and all I had was a save mp4 file. The second half of this project contained several voiceovers, which is why I didnt include it here; when I went to pitch the audio of the mp4 file, I couldnt just pitch the audio and not the voiceovers, so the voices came out sounding squeaky and ridiculous. Hence, this video is incomplete in my mind.
If youre reading this, congrats, youve gotten through my rambling! :D Seriously, though, like I mentioned at the end of the video, Im working on several longer projects. I hope to have at least one of them up before the end of November. I do apologize for the lack of longer vids, but school eats up all my free time, so MEP parts are easier to do (which is why I do so many of them). However, after I finish all the parts Ive signed up for, Ill try to be a part of less MEPs so I can focus a little more on longer vids. I feel that I owe that much to all of my amazing subscribers.")
