As promised in the video, here's some more info about each unfinished project.

'They Were Here First' (Young Justice): I only realized after I started this that I'm really not good enough to edit with dubstep. Wait, let me rephrase; I'm good enough to edit with dubstep, but I'm not good enough to edit WELL with it. I do like the bit with the Justice League, though, but everything after that...well, I couldn't stand it, so I ended up scrapping it. I might try editing dubstep again if I feel my editing skills are up to par.

'All That You Are' (X-Men: Evolution): I happen to adore this show, and I thought that the song went along with it really well. But I was bored with it from the get-go, and it's been sitting on my computer for months without me adding to it or changing it. I figured at that rate, it was never going to get done. You can see where I stopped editing (the last clip with Kurt doesn't fade out like the other clips), but I didn't want to just show you guys that, because I really liked the Professor X voiceovers that I'd picked out. I added the text so everyone could get more of a feel of where I was trying to go with this project.

'Become So Numb' (Spectacular Spiderman): I started this as a Peter x Gwen vid (because by now everyone should know that I adore those two together). If I'd continued with this, I would have emphasized how Peter's memories of Gwen were ultimately what helped him defeat the alien symbiote that took over his body. Anyway, I'm a huge Evanescence fan, so it bothered me that my editing didn't quite seem to fit this amazing song. This project just seemed subpar, so I stopped working on it.

'Come Back Home' (American Dragon: Jake Long): As I'm sure some of you know, I actually had a completed version of this project. However, when I uploaded it to Youtube it got taken down because the song is blocked worldwide. Unfortunately, I'd already deleted the project in my iMovie and all I had was a save mp4 file. The second half of this project contained several voiceovers, which is why I didn't include it here; when I went to pitch the audio of the mp4 file, I couldn't just pitch the audio and not the voiceovers, so the voices came out sounding squeaky and ridiculous. Hence, this video is incomplete in my mind.

If you're reading this, congrats, you've gotten through my rambling! :D Seriously, though, like I mentioned at the end of the video, I'm working on several longer projects. I hope to have at least one of them up before the end of November. I do apologize for the lack of longer vids, but school eats up all my free time, so MEP parts are easier to do (which is why I do so many of them). However, after I finish all the parts I've signed up for, I'll try to be a part of less MEPs so I can focus a little more on longer vids. I feel that I owe that much to all of my amazing subscribers.
