In the second episode of the "Walkthroughs of Aintab", Murad Ucaner takes us to the former Surp Asdvadzadzin Church which designed by the famous Balyan family, nowadays known as the Kurtulus Mosque.
Unfortunately, the during the Feb. 2023 earthquake, the dome and minaret collapsed overnight and the mosque is still not yet repaired. This contents of this video were shot in 2022 so its content (as well as all other episodes of this series) now serve as a window into the past, before the massive earthquake.
