Today I would like to share a guided grounding meditation / visualization / fantasy journey with you. The green witch leads you through the spring forest and invites you to observe nature in order to find inner peace, tranquility, hope, and new energy. We will listen to the spirit of the trees, learn from their whispered stories, and bath in the serenity and strength they radiate. Grounding with help of a tree visualization is a wonderful tool to cleanse negative energy, center yourself, and nurture mindfulness and connectedness with the physical and spiritual world around you.
