23 year old Ben Vasquez has raised over £10,000 for the Red Cross, by walking across Japan.

Ben set off from the southernmost point of Cape Sata on March 19th and reached his destination in the north of Hokkaido on July 31st.

135 days and more than four million steps later, he told Kelly-Anne Borge about his daily routine over the last five months.
