In Dude Walfas series, episode 3 specifically, Remilia placed five of her gungnir bombs on top of the underground village to use as leverage against Satori to force her to her side. Remilia had no intention of actually using the bombs, it was never meant to go off. Remilia might be crazy but she's not a mass murderer.

Nitori used a kappa device to hijack and remotely explode the bombs as her own. Satori gave her a casual insult and she responded back with obliterating old hell without any warning.
