Due to the nature of the series, it's very difficult to lore drop anything in episode. Anything to do with the universe, I usually need to explain in the description or author comments.
Back in episode 13, when Kisume was freaking out about pumpkins, that someone or something told her to collect the pumpkins, this was the reason why. The whatever it was telling her to steal a bunch of pumpkins for no reason was her own brain.
This episode also reveals that she's also homeless. She sleeps on the side of the street, that's why she respawns in this location. In this universe, characters respawn when they are killed, and the position they respawn to is the place they spent the most amount of time in, and for most beings, that location is where they regularly sleep.
