The story behind it is that Satori sends Okuu on a shopping trip, Okuu buys the tea Satori wants, but ends up dropping it when she heads home. Okuu wants the tea back, but Kisume won't give it up. Okuu is very distraught by this.
This episode was far more complicated than it should of been. Originally, the video was 6 minutes long, but that was far too much, the joke dragged on way too long.
Okuu was originally going to be a lot more jittery, and imitate a bird much more closely, but that would take far too long, so I threw away my progress so I could make her movements much more simple. I literally threw away three hours of work, to make it more shitty, just so it would have more consistency with the rest of it.
This series wasn't intended to be very complex to begin with, but for some reason, I keep trying to make this series have better animation than it reasonably should. I'm putting as much effort into each episode as a regular project, which is completely defeating the point of it.
