In this episode, Kisume respawns directly where Koishi just so happens to be standing, which causes the extra matter in the way to explode out of the way.



Kisume then ignores the pool of blood and tells Parsee about what had happened to her, but in the reverse order that it happened in.


I also want to note that in Parsee's perspective, she can't see the difference between Koishi and Kisume. Parsee didn't actually noticed that Kisume had respawned in, so to her, Kisume had just sprayed blood and guts everywhere for no reason.
