Orin can't go to work because everything is frozen, but if Orin doesn't go to work, the hell furnace also won't have any fuel to run, so it's a problem either way.

In a world where being killed means reviving in a perfect condition, wouldn't peoples die more often to fix injuries and health problems? If so, wouldn't bodies be piling in the streets? That would make Orin's job extra important, if anything.
