Reimu notices a disturbance in the forest and investigates. Turns out it's just Narumi getting what was coming to her for being a bad influence, so Reimu decides to reward Cirno for stopping a social degenerate.

Reimu is actually misunderstanding the situation, and it's just Cirno doing whatever without thinking about her actions.

Also, a main character in this series? First time for everything I guess

Technically also the first PC98 character, if I'm remembering right. No one from the PC98 era has been in yet, no Alice, no Yuka, no Marisa. Also no plans to add in any PC98 era stuff either, might be up to the guest episodes to bring them in.
