Our expedition ship Plan B once again headed into adventurous waters as we teamed up withh our friends at Pristine Seas for an expedition to Patagonia and Cape Horn, only 500 miles from Antarctica! The expedition was followed up almost immediately by another to the Juan Fernandez Islands. Both efforts contributed information to the decision making behind the huge announcement in February, 2018 by Chilean president Michelle Bachelet to protect 450,000 square miles of ocean habitat in Chile's waters. A major win for our oceans and the planet.
