and my Vegas now always has to make one clip really jumpy... it's not like that in program, I swear... anyway~
Ro-Ro doesn't get enough love. Not even by her own creators at Valve... she has the smallest screen time so it was extremely hard to portray any real emotion in the video and is sorta a montage than anything. She doesn't even get any hidden little shots in the background like Nick and Ellis do. Wow, Valve REALLY played favorites with this intro.
But more reason to make this video, right?
I was watching a music video of a favorite artist of mine who did a small snidbit of Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus." Which was a song my parents ALWAYS had playing on radio but being too young I didn't know (nor cared) who did the song until I read the comments. Which lead to "HOLY SHIT, DEPECHE MODE'S ROCHELLE'S FAV BAND." /captain obvious lol
But it made me remember this song (lead to me by ANOTHER favorite artist lol) and it inspired me to make this, dedicated to those who enjoy playing Rochelle and, of course, Rochelle herself.
At first, I disliked Rochelle because she was so needy at low health and got the most stupid AI. I always hated being stuck as her when I gamed with my guy pals because "lolol I'm the girl so automatically I'm the chick." But what really annoyed me more were the gamer fags who wrote "Zoey is so much better/hotter than Rochelle" in every video that involved her. Well... SORRY she can't pull out her compact while zombies are trying to beat out her brains just to look good for YOU.... Seriously. Zoey is indeed quirky, nerdy and adorable (and more naturally attractive). I personally love Zoey. But Ro also is very strong, independent, kind, and realistic, both in character design and attitude. Valve could've and should've made her fashionable because she just seems more of a fashionable person.... But maybe she had a casual day when the outbreak happened. And yes, she has a lot of make up on... but fun fact: as a news caster, she is in front of cameras... and cameras remove color in a person... thus making the person need more make up. My opinion of her quickly changed: I like her and play her for fun between my Ellis use. Even as an AI I don't mind her... she has a GREAT shot, just like the aimbot she is XD

I made this for her because I think of out the billions of people on the planet, she is the person I can say has been in the most similar places in our lives. I know things havent been the best for her, and I have felt the same, or close to, what she has very recently. This song is kinda overly cheery and I dont really like it as a pick me up because Id rather put myself in place of the singer, rather be given advice from the singer, and just how she sings it makes it seem like shes never experienced pain before. But I think the lyrics fit well. This is just to say Hey, Im here, and you are not alone. I think she is very strong and will make it through.
I wanted to make this video about a series we both like, but that would really only be Left 4 Dead, and Team Fortress 2. And I knew that wouldnt work out too well, so I made this into a crossover with characters to represent us, I suppose. Think its obvious who is who if you have been subscribed long enough.
Manips were hard, as the lighting and camera movements were so hard to make it look like they are in one scene. I didnt even do any special coloring because matching the two games up was difficult enough.
There really is no storyline. Just Sheva and Zoey are friends, and Sheva is going through some hardships when she notices Zoey is having trouble as well, so she helps her stay strong.

I have never edited anything this short in my entire life. I finished it so quickly, I was worried I should do more with it haha
It was kind of hard to really find something to do with these 5 seconds of incomprehensible garble Lil Wayne and Nicki scream with severe autotune. Seriously, I cant make out a single thing they said, and English is my first language.
But I made a basic Sniper vs Sniper and they duke it out so hard, they explode themselves.
Their parents must be really proud.
