My video sketchbook for the making of a GunBound fan art from start to finish. I cover a few different techniques for adding the finishing touches to your artwork near the end of the video. Done in Corel Painter, along with Photoshop for touch up effects.
I enjoyed this one, so I hope you enjoy it also. There's a QR code for your Nintendo 3DS at the end of the video, just pause the video and scan it with the camera (hold L+R at the home menu, and select the checkerboard looking QR scanner icon).

Design Lab is a series that uses viewer participation to explore unique designs. Part 1 is a briefing that goes over the category. Anyone is free to participate.
Episode 16 of Design Lab is a creature based episode, and this topic is all about creating a demon style creature that involves the use of patterns in some way. A demon can be a lot of things, but its good to think of shape language that denotes some sort of evil presence. You can submit as many different ideas as you like.
Remember, your skill level is not a factor. Were simply looking for creative and solid design ideas. Do your best to not over-design or over-render.
