V-Ray for Unreal Engine Released Today!
In this video I take a first look the new product V-Ray for Unreal Engine (Vray for UE4). The product is in open Beta and you can get it with the link above, available for immediate download. In the tutorial I show you how to get the software, install it, enable it in UE4, then easily import your first V-Ray project. The new software enables you to export any vrscene from 3ds Max, then import it with one click into UE4. I also go over nice features like the Vray material in Unreal, plus the Vray sun and sky, the Vray physical camera, etc.
This product is in direct competition with Unreal Studio and Datasmith, so I also discuss the pros and cons of each solution.
*This video also serves as a tutorial for how to install V-Ray for Unreal, how to export your vrscene, importing into UE4, using the V-ray sun and sky, etc.
