Andrew & I have done a few of these re-arrangements over the years, but it has been quite a while since the last batch. Happy to finally have this one out, we've both been zeroing in on studio setups that we are proud of and this is the first of a new era ;)
I think the first time listening through Friend From a Phantom, I knew this song was the one I wanted to play (although I Don't Know How We Got Here also still interests me...). Andrew & I both decided to flex our creative chops for this arrangement, so you'll notice that many of the drum grooves are fundamentally different from the album version, leaning into our two piece vibe and in this case enjoying a little more piano rock grooves.
