The Vivo S-series is finally back in India after nearly 7 years, and we've got our hands on the all-new Vivo S2 for a detailed unboxing and first look. Design and Build
The Vivo S2 features a stunning curved design on both the front and back, giving it a premium, flagship-like feel in hand. The Skyline Camera Module takes clear inspiration from the Vivo X300 FE, complete with an Aura Light Portrait ring for enhanced photography. The phone is available in Regal Bronze, Sapphire Blue, and Silk White colorways.
Display
A 6.83-inch 1.5K 3D Curved AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate anchors the front, delivering an immersive viewing experience.
Performance
Under the hood is the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo Octa-Core processor, paired with 8GB RAM (expandable with up to 8GB Extended RAM) and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
Camera
On the imaging front, the Vivo S2 sports a 50MP Sony IMX852 OIS primary camera with a 2MP secondary sensor, and a 32MP front camera for selfies, with 4K video recording support on both.
Battery and Durability
The standout highlight is the massive 7050mAh battery with 44W fast charging, backed by IP68 and IP69 durability ratings and MIL-STD-810H certification.
Pricing in India
The Vivo S2 is priced at ₹39,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant and ₹44,999 for the 8GB+256GB variant, going on sale from August 11.
