⚠️ This is one supplement more people need to know about...

Most people have heard of vitamin B12 deficiency. Far fewer know that too much vitamin B6 can actually damage your nerves.

Over the years, I've diagnosed multiple people with neuropathy caused by vitamin B6 toxicity. Symptoms can include:
• Numbness
• Tingling
• Buzzing or vibrating sensations
• "Electric shock" feelings in the hands and feet

Because these symptoms are often associated with low B12, many people (and even some healthcare providers) don't immediately think to check for high B6 levels.

The surprising part? Most people I diagnosed weren't intentionally taking massive doses. They were accidentally getting too much because they were taking several different supplements that all contained vitamin B6.

I've only seen this from supplements—not from food.
In healthy people, food sources are not known to cause vitamin B6 toxicity.

Different countries recommend different upper limits,
but I generally advise staying below 50 mg of vitamin B6 per day unless your own healthcare provider has a specific medical reason for recommending otherwise.

If vitamin B6 toxicity occurs, there isn't a quick fix. The first step is stopping the excess intake and allowing levels to gradually return to normal while supporting your body with excellent nutrition during recovery.

Always read every supplement label—and don't assume that "more" means "better."

Have you ever checked how much vitamin B6 you're getting from all of your supplements combined?
