Could your vitamin D deficiency be holding your health back? ☀️

One of the most common deficiencies I see in my practice is vitamin D.

For years, many of us were told that 15 minutes of sunlight a day was enough. But after working with thousands of people and following their lab results, I've found that for most people living modern lives, it simply isn't.

We're indoors.
We work inside.
We drive instead of walk.
We use sunscreen when we're outside.

For many people, that means we're just not making enough vitamin D.

And that's a problem because vitamin D plays an essential role in:

☀️ Healthy immune function
💪 Autoimmune recovery
😴 Sleep
⚡ Energy
✨ Healthy skin and hair
🦴 Bone health

If your vitamin D is low, don't ignore it. Talk with your healthcare provider about getting your levels checked and whether supplementation is right for you. My goal is always to optimize every part of your health so your body has what it needs to heal.
