Hi there! My friend Bridget and I were lucky enough to go on a trip to Iceland and then England!

While we were in London we made it a point to visit Earthling Ed's new non-profit restaurant-Unity Diner.

I was hoping to see him and just say hi but he and the entire staff were SO LOVELY we ended up going 3 times! This was truly the sweetest group of people I can ever imagine and we're so appreciative that we got to have such wonderful experiences at the diner!

The food is absolutely amazing and would please anyone!! The money goes to a good cause-they plan to advertise on the London tube stations with vegan adverts as well as open an animal sanctuary!

Please visit if you find yourself in London! You'll love it and you'll love the crew!
