Join me on an epic fast food adventure across Canada as I visit the very first McDonald’s in Canada, located in Richmond, British Columbia! After recently exploring the oldest operating McDonald’s in California, I had to find out where it all began north of the border—and thanks to YOU in the comments, the journey led me here.

Built on June 1, 1967, this historic McDonald’s location is not only the first in Canada but also the first ever built outside of the United States. In this video, I take you on a full tour of the original site, check out the commemorative plaque, and even discover preserved elements from the original restaurant. From cherry blossoms and planes landing nearby to the iconic Golden Arches with a Canadian twist, this location is packed with nostalgia and history.

Of course, no visit would be complete without a classic McDonald’s meal! I keep it simple and authentic—ordering a traditional hamburger, world-famous fries, and a Coca-Cola, just like customers might have enjoyed decades ago. Then, I hit the road to visit the second McDonald’s in Canada, built in 1968, to compare locations and try the Hockey Hero Burger!

If you love food reviews, travel vlogs, Canadian history, and fast food nostalgia, this is a must-watch. Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more unique food adventures and stealth camping videos across Canada and beyond!
