Welcome back to KBD Productions TV! In today’s adventure, we head north to Huntsville, Ontario, one of my favorite Muskoka towns, before camping overnight at the beautiful Arrowhead Provincial Park. This video combines everything you guys love—van life camping, camp cooking, a walk through downtown Huntsville, and even a refreshing swim in Arrowhead Lake.
We’ll kick things off by grabbing some food in Huntsville and picking up groceries for a fun cooking experiment in the camper—my very own homemade Beeferoni recipe inspired by Chef Boyardee. You’ll see the full cooking process inside the camper van, complete with onions, garlic, marinara sauce, and of course, some local Muskoka craft beer to pair with dinner.
After setting up camp at site #501 in Arrowhead, I’ll show you some of the latest camper upgrades like window bug screens and talk about future van build improvements, including a slide-out kitchen counter. We’ll relax lakeside, go for a swim, battle a few bugs with the Thermacell mosquito repellent, and enjoy dessert with a delicious Neapolitan square pastry and jalapeño cheddar cashews.
To finish off the night, we settle in with a classic camping movie—The Great Outdoors starring John Candy and Dan Aykroyd. The next morning, I share what it’s like waking up at Arrowhead, why campsite 501 is one of the best, and how camping in a van compares to stealth camping.
