From camper to mentor—10 years later, Grace Smith, an Aerospace Engineering student at Carleton University, is back at Virtual Ventures, teaching the STEM Girls Academy program as well as the Engineering Academy program. 🌟 Growing up, she had many positive experiences with STEM, and now she gets to show these young girls that STEM isn't just about numbers—it's about creativity and passion.
