Viricide's music has always been about pushing the boundaries and exploring new musical realms through the honing of a distinctive signature sound and genre, that we've been calling "Dream House". Im happy to be able to make MirroredRealitys debut on Cider Party, one of the more active pony musicians of the pony music scene of nowadays! Their latest standalone release on their channel is a Somnambula-inspired track for example! And here we present you this song themed around the special episode Rainbow Roadtrip, made for the upcoming compilation album Ponies at Dawn Oceansong!
Mage Meadowbrook, Discord, Trixie, Daybreaker, Somnambula... MirroredReality imbues their tracks with various pony themes and you can check all that from their channel! Im posting them regularly on Equestria Daily too, and you can also check Horse Music Herald for the latest releases in the pony music scene. One of the pony songs from the latest Ponies at Dawn compilation album that will be released soon, Gale was made with the acclaimed special episode Rainbow Roadtrip in mind. In the musicians words, The episode itself doesnt have that much of action which I tried to reflect in the way the song builds up. You can hear the musicians signature World Music influences as well as the Psytrance energy and dark vibes, for a tune that will certainly make you travel, the same way the ponies traveled in the episode!

The concept of this collab track is quite creative, as it samples the recording of a Discord call between the musicians, going ahead and collabing just like that! Showcasing the kind of cuddly collabs and Friendship-bound initiatives born in the community everyday, the masterpiece proceeds to make use of the vocal samples in such a lovely way, to introduce very energetic Hardstyle drops made with love! The equally love-infused melodies happening all throughout the track are quite cute too, and this is definitely a very fluffy release! It is out!! Time to feast on that tasty chocolate from A State of Sugar! Or to recover from the emotions of the live release party, if you attended it! Today were sharing with you one of the emotional pony experiences from the album, Paloris and Ponymans remix of NeverLastStandings heartfelt song!
You may have heard from EQD or Twitter but I was utterly blown away by the live release party and the whole album the other night, it left me as an emotional wreck, in all the good ways. I was transported to another world with everypony at the party, a world full of love and musical wonders. You really have to experience it yourself and attend one of these parties to see how powerful it is. The emotion just grew exponentially as the album unfolded, and by the closing track I was already overkilled again and again. So I cannot recommend enough to try to attend these parties, to partake in the fun times, the shared love and sweet feelings, and the awe listening to such amazing music together! I have just way too many favorites from the album and I wish I could post them all on Cider Party, however for now please savor this gorgeous and emotional contribution from Paloris and Ponyman who brought their S game for the occasion. My favorite thing in the song is how it samples that speech from Twilight near the beginning and how the drops kicks in immediately after it, its just so emotional! And how it plays on the pony vocal chops from the original, extending its vibes, all while giving it a fresh spin for sure and showcasing its own share of new smooth musical wonders! Like a sweet dream, this remix will take you in cute sceneries of pink waterfalls and comfy grassy meadows, along with your beloved friends! (Maybe Ive been watching too much Pony Life.) Grab it along the whole must-have album full of masterpieces!

You might have caught me saying that line a few times in the past (as a reference to the line at the end of the trailer of the original American McGees Alice game), and now Im not the only one saying it, Feryl DeMarco wrote it in her track description too, and that made me very happy! Its not everyday we have someone joining in the madness! And with such an insane track, too... I was definitely blown away when I heard this one. New to the pony music scene but definitely not new to music production, Feryl showcases her skills with this very creative track that defies traditional rhythmic patterns to try something new, experimenting with a new track structure that would make Discord happy, and crafting such a refined soundscape for a mind-blowing result. The track is about Pinkamena as you can see from Feryls upload of the track on her channel, and such an intricate and crazy musical ride is doing wonders at reflecting the maze of the mind that we are all prone to sometimes. A delightful treat, and I wonder what new things Feryl will come up with in the future! Sub to her channel to find out!

The new traditional yearly charity album from Ponies at Dawn is out, titled Echoes and reminiscing at past bangers, and including some brand new tracks as well! This is one of those new surprises, and a great chance to make the long awaited debut of Redhose on Cider Party!
When I first discovered the channel of Redhose aka Pegasas, I immediately wanted to promote him on Cider Party, what with creative pony tracks such as Sweetie Drops, The Changelings, and Shimmer themed around Sunset Shimmer! To such pony/EQG concepts were added very unique musical takes that sometimes reminded of Soundtrack, and one could tell the musician had a lot of potential. Im happy that the time has finally come to showcase him here, with this new original track made for the occasion of Ponies at Dawn Echoes! Empire blows away with such an insane progression of Glitch Hop greatness, holding many surprises in store for you along the way! This definitely goes to show Redhoses skill at electronic music! And its not the only new track part of this best of P@D artists compilation album organized for charity: new tunes by StealingShad3z, Too Taken, Thrasher and Replacer grace the album, and theres also a remaster from NeverLastStanding, and a revamped version of Forest Rains Chryssy that is a collab! And all that, along a showcase of many masterpieces made by P@D artists in the past! Exiarks Second Hoof Medley is in there!! (that one is still in my top 10 pony tracks ever, and so emotional for me) Its free to download, but if you can afford it you are welcome to donate for charity! A relatively new pony musician who entered the scene recently, please welcome Sylvver to our prized cider parties here at Sweet Apple Acres! Purple Scare is a shining example of pony Big Room House, themed around villain Starlight Glimmer! And yes, theres pony vocal samples in it!
Going for Saddle Arabia vibes with Psychedelhi, and more recently taking on the concept of Dashie and Lightning Dusts rivalry relationship with The Wingpony, Sylvver went all-out for Starlight and the events of the S5 premiere in Purple Scare, and Im happy to be able to share it with you all! As you will be able to hear, the Big Room track is so so cool, being filled with vocal samples from the premiere like that, and this is actually a Big Room track that Im enjoying a lot! Its normally not my favorite EDM genre, but with this you can really see how it all depends on a musicians vision and how a tracks concept might be connected to the badapple vibes from the music! The cool vibes from the music are a fit to Starlights sassy attitude as a villain, irresistibly powered by her voice resonating in the track, and the wicked, relentless vibes are a fit to what she did and her deception of so many ponies back in her old village! Lets get excited for more awesome concept-powered songs like these in the future from Sylvver as it may well happen, and for now, please enjoy this Purple Scare! Welcome!

Thats right! The founder of Cider Party himself, Spikey Wikey aka Tacos, gets his debut on the channel, and Im pleased to be able to do it! Whats more, with a much creative and lovely track that isnt lacking groove!
Recently coming back to the front of the scene with his Tanks for the Memories-themed track Shining Free released through PonyChord, Spikey Wikey patiently honed his skill some more while always being so on top of things when it comes to electronic music, and now is the time to showcase a brand new track at the one Party that he originally founded and managed! Part of an upcoming new pony album titled Partys Over, H.O.R.S.E. (The Word Is) is another venture in the House genre that has got much funky-ness, and that makes such a creative use of pony samples! All throughout the track you will hear pony responses to calls, making for a great dynamic, and those sentences were meticulously hand-crafted, with for example Raritys line Ill have to call you back being created from 4 different episodes stitched together! Such creative pony endeavors are so lovely to see, and it definitely does wonders to bring some unique flavor to the House arrangement! And its actually but one of the many pony songs that Spikey has been working on in 2019, that will be included in the upcoming album! That is so big, and Im so looking forward to it!! Keep it up Tacos! Also on a more personal note (time for feels), thank you for entrusting me with the channel, always. Ill never forget how it happened, or the trust that you guys are showing me everyday. Im so happy to be able to feature you on the channel! Let the cider flow!!

New momentous compilation album ahoy! Ponies at Dawn are back with their newest installment, titled Enigma, thats going to be released very soon along a live release party that you dont wanna miss! And were kicking it off over here with a stunning piece from NeverLastStanding and PegasYs from the album, that got a deep pony story!
Or should I say dragon story! Hero is actually about Spikes character depth, waking up from a dream about his idolized Power Ponies, and hearing a voice making him realize that he IS a Hero himself in Equestria, always being there for his friends! That wonderful concept as explained by PegasYs is also reflected by the lyrics of his talkbox vocals in the last part of the song.

Along the delight of hearing vocals from Starlights lead singer again, that concept expressed through the song and lyrics is really such a wonderful and powerful token of the power of pony music.
And as if that wasnt enough, incredibly well-made and emotional pony vocal chops are entrancing the soul as we hear this result of the fusion of the musicians talents. Applejacks voice in there especially works so well in this, and it makes for so much emotion as the ponies voices resonate with our Passion.
Instrumental-wise, the blend of NeverLastStandings Orchestral skill and PegasYs Glitch Hop expertise is really magical, and the whole track feels heavenly and blows me away like Ponies at Dawn so often do in that special way.
Theres gonna be more songs from the album showcased on the channel so get hyped for more, and also of course look forward to the full release of this very promising new entry in Ponies at Dawn! The album is gonna be premiered during a live release party on PonyvilleFM at 5PM EDT/9PM UTC on the 28th of September, with the party happening in the PonyvilleFM Discord server! Whewee! That was kind of a tough edit but it was so worth it! After finding two other candidates starring Spike/Humdrum, I had the idea of going all-out and making my own edit of the perfect scene to reflect the concept of this track. There wasnt any artwork of Spike dreaming of the Power Ponies available, so I made my own! Took those 2 artworks linked above and merged them. I had to mask Rainbow out and move her down so that she could still be included, that took some time, but I just had to do it to pay tribute to everypony and this amazing song and concept! After all, we are all about paying tribute to our beloved ponies, and other creatures! Hope you enjoy this scene to go along the music and its story! /)")

Its my great pleasure to make the long-awaited debut of Tw3Lv3 on the channel, and with a whole album no less! Part of Release, an album brimming with soothing Lo-fi treats, Tsukimi has a distinct traditional Asian vibe, and the result is so unique in the community!
Creative, blissful, and very cool, this track is a reflection of Tw3Lv3s musical endeavors of late and pony fan works in the community. If you havent heard, hes been quite active for a while, and made so many pony songs that you can check out from his channel! Lately, the musician has fancied Lo-fi a lot as a genre to explore, and regularly came up with new treats in that genre. He has practically become the voice of pony Lo-fi in the community, inspiring others to tackle the genre as well, such as Steryotype who we featured! Tw3Lv3 has been hinting at the release of an album dedicated to Lo-fi for some time, and that album is finally here! Im glad to be able to present to you Tw3Lv3s labor of love that also includes many collabs. Definitely showcasing much talent and dedication, the album is available on Bandcamp, Soundcloud, and Spotify (links below). Tsukimi is one of the originals from the album that impresses with a rich soundscape full of water-like percussions and a mystical bassline that will make you journey in another world. That sampled guzheng is giving the track a distinct Asian vibe and in that way it is similar to what World Music does! Here are some words from the musician, roughly translated from French, about this track: Tsukimi means moongazing, the track makes me think of Mistmane from that Asian vibe of the song, and of Luna too. Well I sure would be assimilating the track to be about Mistmane too, with that cultural musical flair! And many of the tracks do have that dreamy, ethereal, very atmospheric feel to it, so it fits well to Luna! Not to mention that both versions of the amazing and must-listen Starlights Dream are included on this same album! So be sure to grab it from the Bandcamp link, and go give hugs to Tw3Lv3 and show him your support! Hes so active in the pony music scene and really deserves some recognition! Now lets party hard to celebrate, pints of cider for everypony!

Another well-deserved showcase from our fresh Winter Flakes EP, eksokas Starlight-themed track is full of depth and that magic that is unique to the musician! With a clear wintery vibe in both the icy sounds and the coldness of Starlights demons, The Way of Dawn is a masterpiece gracing the album for sure!
Reflecting Starlights path to the light (and redemption) even in its title, The Way of Dawn deals with the ex-villains feelings of making it up and becoming friends with the Mane 6.
This song is written about growth of Starlight Glimmer. She is chasing after Mane 6 to correct past mistakes and initiate Friendship. It seems like its walking on the way of dawn. It might have been such a coldest path at the beginning, but it is not surely difficult for her who understands the suffering of others.
With such a deep and lovely concept about our beloved mare, eksokas song from the EP sure is shining bright with the magic of Friendship and warming the heart. Both the cold notes of the theme and the warmth of redemption are conveyed in this mighty Trance masterpiece, and both the music and what it represents make for an emotional experience. The artwork for this one was a toughie! I wanted a picture of Starlight looking at the dawn, but the only picture of her including a dawn that I found didnt fit to the theme. Well, this one doesnt really fit either, but at least its got winter stuff! Now with added falling snow, and another subtle effect, I wonder if somepony will notice it!
By the way, dont you think eksokas music is so amazing? Its always so deep and emotional! And hes so humble and cute, its wonderful! Im happy to be able to feature him once more!
