New momentous compilation album ahoy! Ponies at Dawn are back with their newest installment, titled "Enigma", that's going to be released very soon along a live release party that you don't wanna miss! And we're kicking it off over here with a stunning piece from NeverLastStanding and PegasYs from the album, that got a deep pony story!
Or should I say dragon story! "Hero" is actually about Spike's character depth, waking up from a dream about his idolized Power Ponies, and hearing a voice making him realize that he IS a "Hero" himself in Equestria, always being there for his friends! That wonderful concept as explained by PegasYs is also reflected by the lyrics of his "talkbox" vocals in the last part of the song.
The lyrics:

Along the delight of hearing vocals from Starlight's lead singer again, that concept expressed through the song and lyrics is really such a wonderful and powerful token of the power of pony music.
And as if that wasn't enough, incredibly well-made and emotional pony vocal chops are entrancing the soul as we hear this result of the fusion of the musicians' talents. Applejack's voice in there especially works so well in this, and it makes for so much emotion as the ponies' voices resonate with our Passion.
Instrumental-wise, the blend of NeverLastStanding's Orchestral skill and PegasYs' Glitch Hop expertise is really magical, and the whole track feels heavenly and blows me away like Ponies at Dawn so often do in that special way.
There's gonna be more songs from the album showcased on the channel so get hyped for more, and also of course look forward to the full release of this very promising new entry in Ponies at Dawn! Whewee! That was kind of a tough edit but it was so worth it! After finding two other candidates starring Spike/Humdrum, I had the idea of going all-out and making my own edit of the perfect scene to reflect the concept of this track. There wasn't any artwork of Spike dreaming of the Power Ponies available, so I made my own! Took those 2 artworks linked above and merged them. I had to mask Rainbow out and move her down so that she could still be included, that took some time, but I just had to do it to pay tribute to everypony and this amazing song and concept! After all, we are all about paying tribute to our beloved ponies, and other creatures! Hope you enjoy this scene to go along the music and its story! /)

Its my great pleasure to make the long-awaited debut of Tw3Lv3 on the channel, and with a whole album no less! Part of Release, an album brimming with soothing Lo-fi treats, Tsukimi has a distinct traditional Asian vibe, and the result is so unique in the community!
Creative, blissful, and very cool, this track is a reflection of Tw3Lv3s musical endeavors of late and pony fan works in the community. If you havent heard, hes been quite active for a while, and made so many pony songs that you can check out from his channel! Lately, the musician has fancied Lo-fi a lot as a genre to explore, and regularly came up with new treats in that genre. He has practically become the voice of pony Lo-fi in the community, inspiring others to tackle the genre as well, such as Steryotype who we featured! Tw3Lv3 has been hinting at the release of an album dedicated to Lo-fi for some time, and that album is finally here! Im glad to be able to present to you Tw3Lv3s labor of love that also includes many collabs. Definitely showcasing much talent and dedication, the album is available on Bandcamp, Soundcloud, and Spotify (links below). Tsukimi is one of the originals from the album that impresses with a rich soundscape full of water-like percussions and a mystical bassline that will make you journey in another world. That sampled guzheng is giving the track a distinct Asian vibe and in that way it is similar to what World Music does! Here are some words from the musician, roughly translated from French, about this track: Tsukimi means moongazing, the track makes me think of Mistmane from that Asian vibe of the song, and of Luna too. Well I sure would be assimilating the track to be about Mistmane too, with that cultural musical flair! And many of the tracks do have that dreamy, ethereal, very atmospheric feel to it, so it fits well to Luna! Not to mention that both versions of the amazing and must-listen Starlights Dream are included on this same album! So be sure to grab it from the Bandcamp link, and go give hugs to Tw3Lv3 and show him your support! Hes so active in the pony music scene and really deserves some recognition! Another well-deserved showcase from our fresh Winter Flakes EP, eksokas Starlight-themed track is full of depth and that magic that is unique to the musician! With a clear wintery vibe in both the icy sounds and the coldness of Starlights demons, The Way of Dawn is a masterpiece gracing the album for sure!
Reflecting Starlights path to the light (and redemption) even in its title, The Way of Dawn deals with the ex-villains feelings of making it up and becoming friends with the Mane 6.
This song is written about growth of Starlight Glimmer. She is chasing after Mane 6 to correct past mistakes and initiate Friendship. It seems like its walking on the way of dawn. It might have been such a coldest path at the beginning, but it is not surely difficult for her who understands the suffering of others.
With such a deep and lovely concept about our beloved mare, eksokas song from the EP sure is shining bright with the magic of Friendship and warming the heart. Both the cold notes of the theme and the warmth of redemption are conveyed in this mighty Trance masterpiece, and both the music and what it represents make for an emotional experience. The artwork for this one was a toughie! I wanted a picture of Starlight looking at the dawn, but the only picture of her including a dawn that I found didnt fit to the theme. Well, this one doesnt really fit either, but at least its got winter stuff! Now with added falling snow, and another subtle effect, I wonder if somepony will notice it!
By the way, dont you think eksokas music is so amazing? Its always so deep and emotional! And hes so humble and cute, its wonderful! Im happy to be able to feature him once more!

Following our previous upload, we continue the descent into madness... with Enuna showing us what paranoia sounds like! This is also part of the new compilation album themed around Ponyville from Equestrian Terror Corps, and first entry into the COREQUESTRIA series!
Enuna is such a valued member of the pony Hardcore music scene, and they contributed to the album with no less than 3 tracks! PARANOIA is a refined Speedcore banger that proceeds to create such a dark yet comfy atmosphere, feeling like were trotting down some back-alley on a stormy night in Ponyville. When the high-BPM beats kick in, we feel that rush of adrenaline that make us feel like we could do a sonic rainboom! The mad laughter coming with it is definitely fitting to the theme, and this is such a trip! Awesomely done Enuna, and thank you for all your contributions!
Theres a LOT more for you to discover and appreciate on this brand new compilation album! To name a few, PONYVILLE WELCOMING COMMITTEE is such a perfect opener representing the concept of the album so well with all that use of pony samples, Discorded Ponyville is all about that time when Discord took over and brings it in musical form, Pony Village is beautifully blending cute and eerie vibes, Facts and Figures VIP is so emotional and will surprise you, Some Weed From Tree Hugger will definitely make for a positive trip, The Castle Grows delights with cute melodies, PINKIE! PIE! MAKES! DIGITAL! HARDCORE! sounds exactly like what Pinkie would make, and the title of track #23 is just so good and so fun as the song is telling that story! We can be very thankful for such initiatives that encourage pony themes, and for the musicians following suit! As long as projects like these are being held in the pony music scene, I just know that well be fine and pony music will thrive! And Ill be here to support it the best I can! Love you all everypony!

Our second pre-release from the impending Ponies at Dawn Ignite is here! Showcasing a (shattered) gem from the hard-hitting side of the album this time, we present you Hoofys VIP of the Rarity-infused original that was previously featured on the channel!
Hoofy has been powering up his game more and more and you can definitely feel it in this track. The intricate intro works so well to get you excited for whats to come, and when the heavy Riddim hits you in the drop along the equally dirty Rarity vocal samples, it really is a treat! But the VIP still holds surprises for you, such as that epic Psytrance switch in the second half!! Hoofy went all-out to ignite the album, and he definitely succeeded!

While we all know that the impending end of FiM doesnt mean the end of MLP nor the community, its so great to see all the heartfelt tributes to the show that keep getting released lately. Evgeniy Doctor is expressing his feelings about the closure of FiM, in a new EP that is full of masterpieces such as this one...
Shards Of Memory EP is the expression of Evgeniys powerful feelings toward the show, and emotions as it is nearing its closure. The whole EP is dedicated to that, and showcases various genres, from Ambient to Downtempo to Orchestral. Track #2 on the EP, Last Minutes shows the musician at the peak of his art, with a truly entrancing Psytrance beauty of almost 8 minutes. Psy as pure it can get, as another pony musician friend and Trance expert had it, the track is blasting the power of the genre with a very progressive structure that takes us through very intense and emotional moments. The break, that actually doesnt really leave us room to breathe, is quite epic and further contributes to convey all the powerful emotion that Evgeniy wanted to share about the ending of the show. He definitely created something impactful and beautiful, and it feels so good to be among such passionate bronies. Our memories, what we create, and what we feel, is infinite!

Throwback Thursdays are returning, and it is my great pleasure to present you a golden oldie from an underrated musician who graced the pony music scene with very inspired and unique pony songs for a while, Freewave! This track is actually a remix, more explanations and links below!
Part of Mathematicus album Tampopo Tempo, Dæscension is Freewaves remix of the seventh track from the same album called Rebirth, a song made from the collaborative efforts of Mathematicus and Aoshi. Dæscension makes a wonderful new use of the original vocals and Flutterchops from Rebirth, taking them in a new upbeat Trance direction, while expanding on the concept of the original track and album. Tampopo Tempo is a concept album that uses the imagery of turning into a pony as a parallel for transitioning gender identity, and I love such a personal, deep, and relatable concept. Below the individual track download, youll find linked the full Tampopo Tempo album that contains this track, as well as Freewaves album The Long Goodbye that also contains it. I recommend both albums if you can afford them, and Tampopo Tempo is even available in physical format, which is awesome!!

This video is another collab with Hackd, who scouted the artwork and edited it to the way it appears now in the video! Dont you think this edit looks sooo mellow and irresistible? That critically-acclaimed piece about the events of the fateful S07E10 A Royal Problem inspired TPressleyJ to make a VIP of it, and oh boy, does it deliver!
Still displaying such a magnificent use of vocal samples from the episode that originally empowered the original and gave it so much identity, the VIP expands the boundaries with a more fast-paced, hard-hitting approach reflecting the heat of the battle. Relentless beats and wubs are bursting out from both sides, only interrupted by blissful melodic parts calling for contemplation of the depth of the fight and its meaning. Beautiful leads, heavy drops, rythm changes, and episode quotes are all contributing to this powerful experience of sounds, enabling us to relive the battle in a musical way.

The idea to make a VIP of my most well-known work just popped into my head one day. Thinking it was a good idea, I went ahead with it; I thought people would like to hear a different version of the original. I wanted to keep the structure of the song the same, keep the drops varied and fresh, yet have different moving lines, and I wanted to apply what I learned from the time of the original to now, and I wanted to experiment a bit.

A new compilation album has appeared! Its the 4th installment in Lycan Dese Beats Beats Me series, Beats 4 Everfree! Much like Ponies at Dawn albeit smaller, the album is full of very sick tunes as well as some rocking ones and calmer ones! Its got amazing stuff for everypony, so check it out! As a taster, we present you the stunning collaboration between rising star loophoof and the Pinkie Pie of the pony music scene, NeverLastStanding!
Speaking of Pinkie Pie, they had fun chopping her voice for this track Have Here, and straight from the beginning we get immersed in an Equestrian atmosphere and cute vibes. Refined synths appear for a blissful listening experience, and the song progresses into a contemplative break, inviting us to reflect at the present moment. Oblivious to what is going to happen, we then get emotional melodies blasted at our soul starting halfway in, making for an amazing progression. More Pinkie chops are backing up a solid instrumental of many wonders, and we are delighted to get NeverLastStandings signature happy melodies in the last part! A masterpiece of a collab from two lovely pony musicians, and another example that confirms the saying Two in harmony surpasses one in perfection. Get it as part as the charity compilation album Beats 4 Everfree, among many other incredible tunes! That includes crazy bangers from party regulars such as Tripon and Ice Bear, and lovely tunes from other much deserving pony musicians such as BlueBrony, Technickel Pony and Lucas Gimeno! Definitely a must-have of an album.

One of the many regulars at the bi-monthly DustCar compos happening in the community, char is a magician of pony emotion and proves it with a S03E05 Magic Duel-themed nostalgic beauty paying much tribute to the great and powerful pony we so loved to see again...
This nostalgia-filled musical endeavor was inspired by SGaPs works as explained in the description of the original upload on YouTube, and I cant help noticing that the name of the beloved maestro is extra fitting for this Trixie-themed release. Making wonderful use of vocal samples from Magic Duel and chopping them, char is not only acing the story-telling but the pony emotion as well, with Trixies voice filling our hearts with glee. The track is starring Twilight as well just like in the episode, and the musician imbued some more Twilight character depth in the song as you will be able to read from the original description! And I sure noticed that part of Twilight too! But even more than that, Pinkie vocal chops are there for some more energy and emotion along the sick underground beats. Just as we get entranced by the nostalgia and the flow of the episode through the music, the progression of the track gives rise to emotional Jazz vibes and we continue along the ride for more magic. How that last sampled Trixie line ends so abruptly and gives way to the outro, is emotional in itself, and it seems like Trixie tracks in particular tend to be quite emotional for me for some reason (see Omniponys track Return). The myriad of emotions and musical wonders in Trixient is certainly a feast, and along all the intents behind this track, its another token of wonderful pony fan works in the community to this day. From the latest completed DustCar race themed about Humans and Equestria, I also highly recommend Candy Yunagi - Equestrian Paradise and Avery - What is This Place that are about traveling to Equestria and that encompass many brony feelings we share. You can find them along many other pony songs made for the compo, as audio files directly from the dedicated chatrooms of the compos in DustCars Discord server (those are from the 10th compo, and theres a pinned message in the chatroom for easier access). Everypony raise your cider pints high, for our amazing pony musicians!!
