В Японии отсутствует совместная опека родителей над общеми детьми после развода , фактически один из родителей теряет своего ребёнка и право называться родителем данного ребёнка в документах навсегда .судебная система Японии вводит свои законы которые отличаются от законов конституции и являются не законными в стране , однако руководствуясь справочником одного из ученых ( он не был психологом ) который был написан более 50 лет назад японские суды фактически лиголизовали киднэппинг в Японии - рекомендуя родителем похищать своих детей если они хотят получить опеку после развода , после таких действий второй родитель не может увидеть своего ребёнка без согласия опекуна , естественно суд полностью поддерживает родителя похитителя ведь именно руководствуясь их советами фактически был похищен ребёнок , замкнутый круг лжи и вынос решений лишённых логики , расизм, харасмент и беззаконие присутствует во всех решениях суда по опеке над несовершеннолетними .это настоящая япония такая которой не покажут туристам # japan #vincentfichot #stoplegalkidnapping #realjapan #olimpia2020

On Day 4 of Vincents hunger strike, three Japanese mothers share how they have been unable to see the children they gave birth to for years due to Japans single custody law.
Because of this archaic law, some 200,0000 children lose a parent each year. Mothers, fathers, Japanese and non-Japanese are all affected.

France, Australia, the US, Germany, Russia, Korea, Canada, Mexico, Lithuania, Finland, Italy, Spain, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland … these are all countries with children abducted in Japan! And that does not include the tens of thousands of Japanese parents affected each year.
These parents do not just lose custody. They lose complete parental authority post-divorce. That means they no longer have access or any decision-making power over their own child’s schooling, health decisions, etc. Their child can even be adopted by a step-parent or another guardian without that parent’s consent, completely erasing the parent out of a child’s life.
