Elvis Presley's version of this song was recorded in 1960 (and included on the album, "Elvis is Back") but not released as a single until 1964 when it charted at #16 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #13 in the UK.
Vince Everett was the name of Elvis's character in "Jailhouse Rock". Vince's real name is Marvin Benefield.
