This short clip contains Viewer's Choice promos for Babe, Tom and Huck, and Balto. It also features a special 10th Anniversary ident just after the Babe promo. Finally, the 1990-era Feature Presentation lead-in with the updated 1993 music.

From what I have found, Viewer's Choice started running the 10th Anniversary promo around 11/26/1995 (the date of their 10th Anniversary) and continued to run it into 1996.
