Video games receive a lot of negative attention. "Do video games make people violent? Are they addictive? Are they unhealthy?" Most of the media narrative seems to be focused around its potential dangers. Very little focus is given to the various benefits - social, emotional and mental - that gaming can provide. In this video, I hope to redress that balance.
