Keep an eye out for my full video on this - I did run into some firmware bugs testing but it does work! Here’s a simple trick to protect overloading your devices or wiring using Victron’s builtin Multiplus II relay logic features.
In this short, I show how to enable ACOut-2 (which is disabled by default) and set up custom relay logic to power a 1800W-rated power bar (with built-in overload protection) but we can also make it automatically switch off to provide max power for charging my Tesla!
No external hardware, no coding—just smart config using Victron’s tools.
