In which a pile of junk is battered into a miniature hygge machine (aka a miniature fireplace). I've always wanted a fireplace, none of my homes have ever had one, so I finally decided to take matters into my own hands!

This project was originally meant to be a more loyal recreation of a Victorian era fireplace, but as it progressed, it seemed clear that the best looking final project would not be purely recreation, but more a hodgepodge of different elements from various periods and styles of hearths.
