I wanted to take a stab at catching Victini in Pokémon Black (also available in White), so I headed to Liberty Garden Island (GTA reference, perhaps?) from the port in southern Hiun City. The Liberty Ticket can be downloaded over Wi-Fi. Of course, I did my typical fail-many-times. After recording this video, I handed the DS to a friend, Yoshi648, and he caught Victini on the second turn.
This video was recorded with a real copy of Pokémon Black.
