Using a Eigakan Arceus (the one given away for the 12th movie in Japan), I unlocked the Arceus event in Pokémon SoulSilver. This un-narrated video shows the complete thing, including the amazing cutscene. It pretty much proves Arceus is the god of the Pokémon universe. At then end, Arceus creates an Origin Forme Giratina (with the necessary orb).
